Good location, old Bangalorean owner, but house is a miss
We struggled due to lack of sunlight, ventilation and bad floor plan. Landed up moving rooms within the house thrice. So while the landlord is chill, parties a lot, but the house has thin walls and other structural issues.

So the size of the flat is too small for a 3bhk, and the floor plan isn’t the most usable. Storage is close to none, we had to use one room as a storage room!

Extra notes
Location: Walking to Vikram Aura hospital and also Garuda. But getting inside by road is hard as the main road is a one way which is very crowded.
