Great location, house is spacious, the approach road is questionable
The owner and house are great, it's a no brainer to take. As it's on the top floor, you have enough privacy too which is generally a luxury in this area due to how close buildings are. The parking is a challenge and the narrow entrance road makes it feel like a less premium area.

Neighbours: they used to party a lot
Extra notes
Location: 100m away from 100feet road and 200m away from double road. Great location but the road leading to it is really narrow so can be a challenge. Everything is walkable though, cafes, restuarants, shopping and even clinics & banks.
